I woke up this morning, donned my workout clothes, started to warm up, thought I would hurl, had to stop, the vertigo is back.
I can't believe this is back. Where does it come from and why is it happening. I am sitting here very still and my head is swimming. I have 1.5 weeks left of "Insanity" and now this? My hope is that it passes quickly. The last time this happened (last winter) it lasted for 2 or 3 weeks. I still have the medication the doctor prescribed for the dizziness (it did not work then, but I am going to try it again). I may go to the lake and just chill for today. I really wanted to spend most of the day in the studio finishing up the settings for my new druzy's. Focus sing on small objects is NOT in the cards presently.

Julie, the wife of our Pastor has finally found a Kidney donor. She is now in the hospital in Boston awaiting her transplant on July 6. Today our church is fasting and praying for her and John. Please keep them both in your prayers, especially on July 6. This will be her second transplant attempt, the first failed.
John and Julie are an incredible example to all the come in contact with. They are joyful and humble and the love of the Lord is so evident in everything they do. It is a privilege to know them.
Please please please pray.
